Record Retrieval Services:
Record retrieval is vital to determining your case. Because MVCFS has been providing assistance to attorneys since 1992, we understand the importance of obtaining a client's records (criminal, medical, scholastic, etc.) in a timely manner. By allowing an outside agency, such as MVCFS, to provide this assistance, you are ensuring that you get a non-biased, and accurate information on a client's history.
Records can be submitted to you in a variety of ways: black and white copies, electronically sent, indexed/bookmarked, bound, and delivered along with a Certification of Records Custodian. We offer a verification of information with your client to help with accuracy of obtaining records.
Our agency will maintain open communication with you, and your firm, so that you are kept up-to-date on progress of work performed, and records received.
